Creole houses and La Soufrière volcano in Guadeloupe poster

Guadeloupe poster, Creole houses and the Soufrière volcano

Among tall coconut palms, brightly colored wooden Creole houses nestle with their verandas and tin roofs. Behind them, the Soufrière volcano rises above deep green hills. The landscape is drawn in bold, tropical colors, like an illustrated travel poster. The shaded verandas evoke the coolness found out of the sun. This Guadeloupe poster brings together in one image the traditional architecture and the mountain that towers over Basse-Terre, under the title “GUADELOUPE”.

Guadeloupe for the living room, the bedroom or as a gift

Its tropical colors brighten a living room, bedroom, entryway or dining room. It pairs well with rattan, natural wood, green plants, colorful textiles, and white or soft green walls. Combined with other Caribbean or tropical island posters, it makes a warm travel-themed wall. A lovely gift for Guadeloupeans living in mainland France, a couple who spent their honeymoon there, or friends planning their trip to the Caribbean.
